Bochere approaches the body with a more unique, harmonious way to mainstream Personal Trainers. Using over 6 years experience as a Personal Trainer, with that of a Level 1 Yoga Teacher. Bochere will take your goals and combine them with a few of her own, tailored to help you become the most injury free, flexible, fit and strong version of yourself that you can be. Bochere operates in fresh open air, without the use of machines, fluorescent lighting, air conditioning or claustrophobic, intimidating atmosphere of a gym. Bo also provides all the necessary equipment including abundant positive motivation, encouragement and support to keep you enthused and engaged.
Without doubt you will find yourself enjoying your workouts the more you have ever before. Put simply, there’s nothing quite like it.

We have activities for groups as well as individuals. We have boot camps that focus on a collective but with a special care for everyone involved. Or you could take a Personal Training class to bring your fitness back up!
