Are you after Boot Camp with a difference?
You’ve come to the right place
Boot Camps here at Bodies By Bochere are more tailored to the individual than any other boot camp style workout you will come across.
I will educate you on your movement patterns, prescribing exercises that are the best for YOU and YOUR body. I currently have clients attending my boot camps that are from 30-70 who all work hard at their own level.
Group numbers are capped at the maximum of 10 meaning that you get attention, motivation and results in a more structured setting comparable to the norm.
A variety of fitness levels are welcomed, all injuries and health conditions can be programmed for and i thoroughly enjoy the process of coaching people who may never have moved before.
You do not need to be fit before attending my bootcamps so why not call today and get started with me and your soon to be fellow BootCampers!

Bootcamp Information
What are Boot Camps?
Boot Camps workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. One boot camp workout might stress calisthenics while another stresses military-style drills. Some even incorporate martial arts moves.
What are the benefits of a Boot Camps workout?
The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. Boot camp workouts also attract many people because they:
Offer a more challenging and varied workout
Require little or no special equipment
Create a sense of camaraderie among the participants
