My journey with BODIES BY BOCHERE personal Training started a few months ago and I haven't looked back. Whilst I had hoped that I would achieve all I wanted out of a PT there was part of me that didn't believe I could do it. Today I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been and this is testament to the professionalism, patience, support and guidance provided by this excellent service.
My PT sessions have always been diverse, fun (nothing like a laugh to keep you going) and completely tailored to my changing needs. An amazing improvement in fitness(specially in chicken legs), outlook on exercise, and brilliant muscle gain!! I thoroughly recommend Bochere to everyone, a great holistic approach to fitness / life, not just sweating your butt off (though there will be plenty of that!!) Thanks Bochere 🙂

When Bo began training me I couldn't do a chin up or run a kilometre without stopping and feeling awful. I was also over 100kg. Bo's encouragement and training methods assisted me to approach my potential, and my last attempt at the Cooper Test (how far you can run in 12 minutes) I ran 2.97km which put me in the top half of one percent of people my age (57) in the world.

When my weight crept up to an unacceptable level I first tried to get more active and eat healthier on my own.
It was very hard to stick to a regular exercise schedule and I didn't progress much further than a regular walk around the neighbourhood.
My workouts with Bodies by Bochere have helped me loose the extra weight and I have become fitter than I have ever been. And Bochere's food tips have helped me to switch to a healthier way of eating.
What I like about my workouts with Bodies by Bochere is that no two workouts are the same. And it is awesome when I realise during a session that I can do something that I was not able to do a couple of weeks earlier.

After turning 30 I decided to take getting fit and healthy more seriously and began my personal training experience with Bo in 2011. During an 8 month period I became fitter than I’d been in more than a decade, even completing my first ever fun run. I also lost more than 13kg! This was due to Bo’s patient yet encouraging methods. We had small, attainable goals and measured progress each step along the way. Her enthusiasm never wavered and I felt she gave her all to each session.
In late 2011 I fell pregnant and was happily still training with Bo, who was incredibly mindful of my condition and offered safe solutions for my training needs. Partway through my pregnancy I suffered serious complications (unrelated to my training) and spent several months on bed rest and was banned from any exertion. This meant putting my training regime on pause.
Earlier this year I re started my sessions with Bo and Bodies By Bochere. After so many months of complete inactivity, then with the arrival of a newborn I was incredibly out of shape. Bo is helping me regain my strength and confidence in training again, mindful of issues like caesarean sections and pelvic floor issues! I feel confident that in an appropriate amount of time I’ll be back to my best.
Bodies By Bochere is well run- efficient, yet flexible to the needs of a mum with a young baby. Bo adapts her training sessions to suit the individual rather than pushing you into a one size fits all approach. She also follows up on my sessions with queries about how my legs/arms/abs might be feeling the next day and is always available to answer any questions I may have.
Because of the individualized approach of Bodies By Bochere, I have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone wanting to improve their health.
